Pricing

Our pricing

Two fixed-price packages, what each one includes, and what costs extra.

One price to build it, one to keep it running

The difference between the two isn't size. Studio wins you the enquiry; Signature decides what happens after it.

Studio

For a business whose website needs to win the enquiry.

£1,295one-off

then £69per month

What you get

  • A Discovery session on what you sell, how customers find you, and what an enquiry has to capture
  • A written specification before anything is designed — and that specification is the scope
  • Up to 8 pages, built to your brand
  • Copy written for you from what Discovery uncovers
  • An enquiry form designed around your business — the fields that decide what you do next
  • Every enquiry in one place — emailed to you in full and kept, so a bounced email never loses you a job
  • Google Business Profile set up and verified
  • One revision round

Signature

For a business where the website is part of how the work gets done.

£2,500one-off

then £89per month

Everything in Studio, plus

  • A Discovery workshop covering the systems you already run, producing an integration map
  • Up to 12 pages, including sector or area pages built to rank individually
  • Three integrations — any mix of the three types below
  • Automated follow-up — the enquirer gets an instant acknowledgement while you're still on a job
  • Enquiries tagged by source — you can see which pages produce them
  • Migration with redirects mapped, so you keep the search positions you already have
  • Two revision rounds

Studio £69

Two content updates a year, made for you.

Signature £89

Four content updates a year, a quarterly report on enquiries and where they came from, and a text alert when one lands.

A content update is a copy or image change — opening hours, a price, a new photo, a paragraph rewritten. A new page is an add-on, not an update.

Integration types

Signature includes three, in any mix. You'll need an account with the provider.

Before you're invoiced

Every add-on is priced and agreed in writing first. If something falls outside the specification we agreed at Discovery, you get a number before any work starts — never afterwards.

How it works

  • 50% to start, 50% on launch. Nothing else is invoiced without being quoted and agreed first.
  • Twelve-month minimum on the monthly fee, then rolling month to month. Thirty days' notice after that.
  • Scope is written down before we start. The Discovery specification is the scope. If something falls outside it, you get a price before any work happens.
  • You own everything. The domain is registered in your name and transfers free on request within five working days. The site leaves with you.
  • Content deadline. You get fourteen days to supply copy and images. It's the most common cause of a project stalling, so we agree it up front.

Three phases

  • Discovery. A session on your services, your enquiries and your systems. You get a written specification and a fixed price.
  • Build. Design, copy, structure and integrations. You watch it come together on a private link.
  • Launch. Review, revisions, domain, redirects. Then it's live and it's yours.

No published timescale — dates are agreed per project once we've seen the scope.

Questions about price

Why is this more expensive than a freelancer on Fiverr?

Because a template with your logo on it is a different product. Every project here opens with Discovery and produces a written specification before anything is designed, and the enquiry form is built around what your business needs to know rather than name, email and message. That takes time, which is the thing a £400 site doesn't include.

Why is this cheaper than an agency?

No account manager, no project manager, no office. One person who does Discovery, writes the copy and builds the site. That removes about two thirds of an agency's cost and most of the delay.

What happens if I stop paying the monthly?

After the twelve-month minimum you can leave with thirty days' notice. The domain is already in your name and transfers free within five working days. We'll hand over the site files. Nothing is held hostage.

Can I pay monthly instead of a deposit?

Not currently. The build is 50% to start and 50% on launch, which keeps the price where it is. Spreading a build fee means financing it, and that would cost you more overall.

Is the monthly fee just hosting?

No — hosting costs us around two pounds a month. The fee covers your domain, backups, monitoring, enquiry delivery and storage, support, and the content updates we make for you. Comparable care plans elsewhere run £150–300 a month.

What if I need something that isn't on this page?

Tell us at Discovery. If it's a fixed-price item we'll price it there; if it's genuinely bespoke we'll quote it separately; and if it's something we shouldn't be doing, we'll say so and point you at someone who should.

Tell us about the business

We'll come back with which package fits, what it would include, and a fixed price.
