Clinics & healthcare
Websites for clinics that fill the diary while you're with a patient
Most people find a clinic at nine in the evening, in discomfort, on a phone. Your site has one job at that moment: tell them you treat their problem, what it costs, and when they can come in.

You're with a patient. Someone is searching for you right now.
The people looking for you aren't at a desk. They're on the sofa, in discomfort, deciding between you and two other clinics — and whichever one answers their questions first usually gets the appointment.
- They find you at 9pm and the site says "call us to book"
- Nothing on the site says whether you treat what they've got
- No prices, so they assume it's expensive and ring somewhere else
- Every enquiry arrives as "can I book in?" and takes three calls to sort
- They see your next three available slots and take one
- Conditions listed plainly, so they recognise themselves in it
- Fees published, including what a first appointment involves
- You know the problem, how long it's been going on, and when they can come — before you reply
How it plays out
A Sunday evening
Nobody plans to look for a physio. They wake up on Sunday unable to turn their head, and by evening they're searching.
What your enquiry form captures
Every field earns its place
Seven questions, and a reason for each. Ask the right ones and the appointment is booked correctly the first time — no calling back to find out how long it's been going on.

What a clinic site actually needs
Seven pages, and a reason for each. Nothing added to pad it out, nothing that exists only because other clinic sites have one.

What clinics ask us
How much does a clinic website cost?
£1,295 or £2,500 depending on size, plus £69 or £89 a month covering hosting, your domain, backups and enquiry delivery. Most clinics take Signature, because connecting the site to the booking system is the point.
We get most patients from GP referrals and word of mouth. Do we need this?
Referrals bring people who already trust you. A website catches the ones deciding between three clinics at nine at night — a different group entirely, and one you're currently not in front of. It also gives referrers something to point at.
Can it connect to our booking system?
If you use Acuity, SimplyBook, Setmore or Cal.com, yes — that's a standard integration. Practice management systems vary; tell us which one at Discovery and we'll say plainly whether it connects or whether the site hands off to it.
Can patients pay a deposit online?
Yes. A fixed-amount card payment for a booking deposit is standard. Full billing against treatment plans is a separate piece of work and quoted separately.
Is it safe to collect symptoms through a form?
We keep it to what you need in order to book correctly — the problem, how long, whether they've been seen. Anything clinical belongs in your own records, not a website form. Enquiries are encrypted, stored in the UK, and deleted on a schedule you set.
Will it show up on Google Maps?
We set up and verify your Google Business Profile and mark up your services, address and opening hours so search engines read them correctly. Where you rank after that depends on your reviews and your competition — we build the site, we don't sell rankings.
How long does it take?
Agreed at Discovery once we've seen the scope. The usual delay is waiting on your conditions list and team photos — we give you a 14-day window for content so the project keeps moving.
Do we own it?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and transfers free on request within five working days. The site goes with you if you leave.

Wireframe agreed at Discovery

Every build starts from a wireframe you have already agreed. Nothing is designed before that.
